Returns and Exchanges
At Spacey Cat, we strive to ensure every order is fulfilled with care and precision. Due to the nature of how small our business is, we kindly ask that you place orders only when you are confident in your purchase decision because cancelations can hurt our operations. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so please note the following important details about returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Commissioned Orders
Once a commissioned order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. These items are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. We highly recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming your purchase.
Premade Orders
If you’ve placed an order for a premade item and wish to cancel it, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order. You must include your order number and a reason for the cancellation. If you miss this 24-hour window, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges? Cancellations? :
Unfortunately, not – please place your order mindfully as I do not allow returns or exchanges. Cancellations can only be done within 24hrs after placing an order. Made to order customs are nonrefundable. Thank you for understanding!
Shipped it to the wrong address?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel or change an order, please reach out as soon as possible and within the 24-hour window for our products. Spacey Cat is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at the checkout. Please confirm all details are correct before you hit that order button!
Lost & Stolen Packages:
Spacey Cat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered incorrectly or lost. Please ask anyone in your household or neighbors if the package has been misplaced. Please reach out to your local postal carrier regarding your missing package.
