Do you accept returns or exchanges? Cancellations?

Unfortunately, not – please place your order mindfully as I do not allow returns or exchanges. Cancellations can only be done within 24hrs after placing an order. Made to order customs are refundable. Thank you for understanding!

Are you currently taking commissions?

I am currently working on different projects so I will not be taking commissions… YET!!! As soon as I can, I will set up the method for purchasing a custom piece!

Where are your prices for a customized piece?

You can find it in the shop under Commissions! For info on what is included in each set please check out the description in the product!

When will my order ship out?

All orders go out within a week~ I usually pack all my orders once a week.

Is the artwork permanent?

Yes! I use Angelus paints and seal each piece with a finisher to protect the art. Under normal use the art will last as long as the item it’s painted on. Check out our Customs Care Instructions page for how to take care of your items!

Can I send my own items to be painted?

Shoes are usually provided for customs BUT you are always welcome to send in shoes or bags as long as they are UNWORN and NEW. I can order the item or you can buy them and send to my address.
